Opulence Synchronized Skating Team representing Elk River Figure Skating Club is a nonprofit organization serving skaters ages 4-17, in the Elk River, Zimmerman, Otsego, Big Lake, Princeton, St. Michael, Rogers, Dayton, Monticello, St. Cloud and surrounding communities.
Opulence means rich – we pride ourselves rich in friendship, fun, and learning.
2022 was our inaugural year with one team and 9 skaters. We grew as individuals and as a team immeasurably finishing the year with one 1st place and two 2nd place trophies – but more than this we grew our skating family. Through the showcased passion, supportive team environment, and community support, we have quickly grown our organization to two teams and 18 skaters for 2023!
In the 2023-2024 season our Aspire 2 and Pre Juvenile teams will compete at 3 competitions during their August-March season as well as participate in 3 exhibitions. We aim to make participation in the team accessible to skaters and families of all means through community activation and fundraising activities.
